Return Window
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) of the item, if applicable

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

Refund Method

  • Refunds are provided in cash only
  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • The original payment method (Cash on Delivery) applies

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items (not related to delivery)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Customized or final-sale products

Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
