- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item, if applicable
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
Refund Method
- Refunds are provided in cash only
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- The original payment method (Cash on Delivery) applies
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or damaged items (not related to delivery)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Customized or final-sale products
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
